Depending on where you are and which shipping method is selected, these are the typical shipping options & delivery estimates after fulfillment:

3. Split Shipments

  • Some orders will ship in multiple packages, because items either ship from different Printful fulfillment locations or require special packaging (e.g., mugs, hats, posters, backpacks, etc.). Printful

  • If your order has split shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. Printful


4. Shipping Costs & Calculations

  • Shipping cost is based on product category (hoodies, t-shirts, home items, etc.), number of items, destination, and whether items ship separately. Printful

  • Products that are always or often shipped separately (like mugs, posters, hats, backpacks, etc.) carry independent shipping costs. Printful


5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

  • If your order is shipped from a facility in a different region than your delivery address, customs, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are not controlled by Printful or Contanti, LLC. Printful

  • For certain regions, there is a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option so duties & taxes are included up front in shipping. Printful


6. Restricted Locations

  • Printful does not ship to some countries due to legal or carrier limits. The restricted list can change with global situation. Printful+1

  • If you attempt to place an order to a restricted destination, your order will not be fulfilled. Printful


7. If There’s a Delay, Loss, or Error

  • If your tracking shows the order is delayed past the estimated delivery time, please allow a few extra days. Sometimes delays are outside our control (carrier issues, customs, etc.). Printful

  • If the order appears lost in transit or never arrives, contact us (or Printful support) with your order number so we can investigate. Printful

  • If the shipping address was incorrect or the item is returned to sender, Printful will hold the order for 30 days. Printful+1

  • All times listed are estimates, not guarantees. External factors like carrier delays, customs, high order volume, etc., may extend delivery time.

  • If you choose faster shipping (Express, DDP, etc.), costs will be higher.

  • Be sure your shipping address is correct. Contanti, LLC / Printful cannot be held responsible if delivery fails for an incorrect or incomplete address.

At Contanti, LLC, we partner with Printify to handle production and shipping of all orders. This policy outlines what you can expect in terms of processing times, shipping methods, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • After you place an order, Printify begins production according to the selected print provider’s schedule. Production time varies by product and provider. Printify+1

3. Shipping Costs & How They’re Calculated

  • Shipping costs depend on product type, size/weight, quantity, destination, and which provider fulfills the order. Printify+1

  • Some products must ship separately due to packaging or provider location. Each such shipment carries its own shipping fee. Printify

  • For certain sales channels (like Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy), you can set up shipping using flat rates or publish Printify’s calculated rates. Printify+1


4. Setup & Integrations

  • If using Shopify or other platforms, you can publish Printify’s flat rates so that shipping cost shows correctly to your customers. Printify

  • If your store currency is not USD, some platforms will convert shipping prices automatically; in other cases, you may need to adjust settings manually. Printify


5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are not controlled by Printify or Contanti, LLC. Printify

  • The customer may need to pay these separately. They are not included in standard shipping cost unless specifically stated. Printify


6. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders

  • If tracking shows delay, allow a few extra days as carrier or customs delays can happen. If an order seems to be lost, contact us (or Printify support) with your order number. Printify+1

  • If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or refusal/unclaimed, we will notify you. You may be offered reshipment (shipping cost may apply). Printify


7. Important Disclaimers

  • Estimates for shipping times are not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, destination, customs, weather, etc.

  • Once an order is submitted for production, it generally can’t be changed (size/color/delivery address) except in rare cases. Printify+1

  • If artwork submitted does not meet provider guidelines (low resolution, design issues), Printify may delay, request changes, or cancel the order. In such cases, delivery may be delayed or refunds/reshipments may be subject to review. Printify
