Welcome to Contanti, LLC! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Contanti, LLC and its trusted fulfillment and technology partners, including but not limited to Shopify, Printful, Printify, and any future service providers we may partner with.

Contanti, LLC operates this website and store (the “Services”) to provide you with curated products, content, and experiences. The Services are powered by Shopify and may rely on third-party fulfillment partners such as Printful and Printify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms are designed to protect you as the customer, Contanti, LLC, and our fulfillment partners, ensuring transparency and fairness.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNTS

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have guardian consent) to use our Services.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and shipping details.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATIONS

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but colors, sizing, or appearance may vary due to screen/device differences.

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at our sole discretion.

  • Products are custom-made on demand by our fulfillment partners; therefore, slight variations are normal.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment is processed and confirmed.

  • Contanti, LLC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion.

  • Orders are final once accepted. Please review carefully before submitting.

  • Payments must be valid, accurate, and authorized. You agree to cover all charges, taxes, and shipping.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Fulfillment and shipping are handled by trusted partners such as Printful and Printify.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and ownership transfers to you once products are provided to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Because items are custom-made on demand, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to the policies of our fulfillment partners.

  • Contanti, LLC is not responsible for refunds or replacements outside what is covered by Printful, Printify, or other fulfillment providers.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All trademarks, logos, content, images, videos, and designs are the property of Contanti, LLC or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

  • Our Services may provide access to tools or links operated by third parties (Shopify, Printful, Printify, etc.).

  • We provide such access “as is” and without warranties.

  • Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

SECTION 8 – CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

  • By submitting reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for business purposes.

  • You may not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Contanti, LLC, Shopify, Printful, Printify, and any future partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost revenue, data, or opportunities).

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in dispute.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contanti, LLC, Printful, Printify, Shopify, affiliates, employees, and contractors against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your unlawful use of our Services.

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Contanti, LLC is headquartered. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
